The Central Land Council (CLC) is a corporate Commonwealth entity established under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976. The CLC represents traditional landowners, native title holders and other Aboriginal people in the southern half of the Northern Territory—an area of almost 780,000 square kilometres.
The CLC provides its constituents with advice, advocacy and practical assistance to support their aspirations, manage their land and realise and protect their rights.

Responsible for strengthening the Central Land Council (CLC) monitoring of companies' compliance with mineral and energy agreements and ensuring CLC is meeting its contractual obligations on behalf of traditional owners. The Agreement and Systems Coordinator will establish systems and processes to maintain an overview of mineral and energy companies' compliance under agreements and highlight risks to the relevant internal stakeholder(s). You will work closely with Minerals and Energy Officers to monitor agreement milestones and ensure benefits are maximised for traditional owners.
The role will be responsible for maintaining a system of all commitments under the mineral and energy agreements the CLC is responsible for monitoring. The role will also lead a review of the current agreements database, coordinating inputs from across CLC to ensure the new database is fit for purpose and meets the needs of the organisation. The Agreements and Systems Coordinator will be a central point of contact for users of the agreements database system.
- Attractive base salary plus 14% superannuation
