OUR STORY
The Central Land Council (CLC) is a corporate Commonwealth entity established under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976. The CLC represents traditional landowners, native title holders and other Aboriginal people in the southern half of the Northern Territory—an area of almost 780,000 square kilometres.
The CLC provides its constituents with advice, advocacy and practical assistance to support their aspirations, manage their land and realise and protect their rights.

PM002 - Senior Delivery Lead

KEY FUNCTIONS
The Senior Delivery Lead – Project Management Office supports the Chief Information Officer to translate CLC's technology and data priorities into a coherent, achievable and well-governed portfolio of work. The position owns the end-to-end portfolio planning process, maintains an integrated portfolio and project roadmap, and provides clear advice on priorities, sequencing, capacity, investment, dependencies, risk, delivery confidence and benefits.
The position directly manages a small number of priority technical projects from initiation through implementation, adoption and transition to business-as-usual. It also owns IT asset, vendor and software licensing management; coordinates project budgets, procurement and recruitment; and leads the change, communication and training activities required for successful adoption.
The role is an enabling, outcomes-focused portfolio function. Governance, reporting and controls are applied in proportion to the value, complexity and risk of the work, with a strong focus on practical decision support and measurable organisational outcomes.
REMUNERATION & REMARKABLE BENEFITS
Base Salary Range: Starting from $133,640 p.a. (negotiable classification banding based on skills and experience, subject to CLC EA guidelines and authorised approval).

Total effective package includes: base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, relocation assistance, annual airfare allowance and salary packaging options. Annual progression within the salary scale is subject to satisfactory performance. Progression is in accordance with annual increments set out in an enterprise agreement.
